Integrated display benching
The Kool-Mart contains built-in side and center benching to display your product in the best possible way. These high capacity, built-in displays provide more benching area than standard block & plank.

Two roll-up end doors
Wide, ten-foot openings on each end allow easy access to the Kool-Mart for your customers and carts. Durable, 3-ply, reinforced polyethylene roll-up doors open up and shut down easily and quickly.

Hanging basket purlins
The Kool-Mart features six hanging basket purlins. Four are above the center benching and another two run the full length above the outside benching.

Roof and end wall poly
A choice of clear or white 6 mil. roof polyethylene with clear poly on the end walls. Our poly coverings are UV stabilized, and come with a four-year limited warranty.

Wiggle Wire™ poly attachment system
Used on thousands of greenhouses, Wiggle Wire has proven to be a low-cost, effective system to attach polyethylene or shade material to greenhouses. Quick and easy to use, the Wiggle Wire attachment system requires no tools.

Hold down system

Are display benches included?
Yes. In both package prices the bench tops are included. The base price includes just the display benching brackets and allows you to build your own bench tops.All prices also include roll-up doors, single poly roof and end covering, Wiggle Wire poly attachment system, ground spikes and basket purlins.

How do I anchor my Kool-Mart ?
The included, easy-to-install 18" ground spikes will anchor your Kool-Mart.

What are the advantages of a double poly roof?
Inflating two layers of poly film will give you a tighter layer that will flap less in the wind and therefore will last longer. It will also give you a dead air space that will help to insulate the greenhouse. We recommend a double poly roof for anyone in a colder climate. Additionally, in a retail greenhouse such as the Kool-Mart, the inflated roof will look nice and tight and generally give a more finished appearance.

How long does it take to set up the Kool-Mart?
It depends on the length of the Kool-Mart. Generally it takes 3–4 people 6–8 hours to set up a 48-foot Kool-Mart. Variables such as how the structure is anchored, single or double poly roof and sliding end doors can increase this time.

Why would I want expanded metal bench tops?
Expanded metal mesh bench tops are very nice for displaying a wide variety of plants and products. Our standard bench tops are really designed mainly for displaying flats. So if you plan on displaying potted plants, hardgoods and other products then you should purchase the expanded metal bench tops.
